We now have a comprehension tool to go along with Anne of Green Gables!

Walls of Time for Anne of Green Gables is a great, hands-on reading comprehension supplement (reader not included). You will not find tools like we offer anywhere. When answering questions in this Walls of Time, ten separate murals are created. The student can answer questions as they read, or at the end of a chapter. Either way, interesting details are remembered that will help the student enjoy the story. Sometimes when you take away the writing, you take away the stress. Reading comprehension is the goal with literature guides, but you don't necessarily need writing to accomplish this. Hands-on learners will benefit greatly from this product.
Anne is an red-headed orphan girl who finds herself in a beautiful place with two people who have never been parents before. She is very bright and has a wild imagination. Her caretakers, Matthew and Marilla, are common and sensible. Follow Anne as she forms bonds of love and friendship with those around her; something she has been needing for a long time. This timeless tale will become a favorite in your home and you'll find yourself reading it over and over again!
This is on sale now in our store for $2.50 (Reg. $3.99).

Lines of Time for Misty of Chincoteague now available!

The beloved classic about a horse called Phantom and her sweet little foal, Misty, now has a hands on and visual reading comprehension program to go along with it! Fortunately For You Books takes readers like this and engages the child throughout the chapter with a fun timeline of events in Lines of Time for Misty of Chincoteague. If your student struggles with reading comprehension, this is the tool you want to use. Read aloud with the child and have them listen or let them read and you can easily check their comprehension by looking at the color coded tiles placed on the timeline. A love of reading is key to a love of learning. Not every student learns the classical way. Let FFYB help take the stress out of story time! This is the first book in a series and we will be doing a Line of Time for all of them.
